    SEE ALSO...

CTNNBL1 Antibody (A-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects CTNNBL1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CTNNBL1 (A-5) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CTNNBL1, also known as catenin, β like 1, NAP (nuclear-associated protein), or P14L, is an evolutionarily conserved protein that shares structural similarities with members of the armadillo family, such as β-catenin. CTNNBL1 is predominantly localized in the nucleus, where CTNNBL1 plays a crucial role in regulating gene expression and cellular signaling pathways. A bipartite nuclear localization signal, along with various phosphorylation sites, highlights CTNNBL1′s importance in cellular processes, including apoptosis. Several single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) within the CTNNBL1 gene have been associated with variations in fat mass and body mass index (BMI), indicating CTNNBL1′s potential involvement in obesity development. With diverse applications and significant biological roles, anti-CTNNBL1 antibody (A-5) serves as an essential tool for researchers studying cellular mechanisms and metabolic disorders.
