CSB Antibody (B-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b antibody that detects CSB in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CSB, also known as excision repair cross-complementing protein-6, plays a crucial role in the nucleotide excision repair pathway, specifically in the repair of DNA lesions that occur on the transcribed strand of active genes.
