    SEE ALSO...

CRSP77 Antibody (2215C3a) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects CRSP77 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP). Anti-CRSP77 antibody (2215C3a) is available as the non-conjugated format. CRSP77 protein plays a crucial role in transcription regulation within mammalian cells, functioning as part of the CRSP (cofactor required for Sp1 activation) complex, which mediates signals between transcriptional activators and RNA polymerase. CRSP77 protein is part of a multimeric complex consisting of nine distinct subunits, with ubiquitous expression across various tissues highlighting importance in gene regulation. CRSP77 (2215C3a) antibody recognizes a protein that, along with associated subunits, interacts with critical components of transcription machinery, including TAFIIs, necessary for transcriptional activation by Sp1. CRSP77 protein relates to other proteins within the murine mediator complex, emphasizing an integral role in transcriptional regulation. Understanding CRSP77 structure and function is vital, as CRSP77 protein facilitates specific gene transcription and interacts with larger coactivator complexes, influencing various biological processes.

I am using CRSP77 (2215C3a): sc-81238 antibody for immunoprecipitation, how much antibody should I use?

    Asked by: Dr Ninau Qelp
Thank you for your question. We recommend using 1–10 µl (i.e., 0.2–2 µg) of antibody with 1 ml of cell lysate. However, optimal antibody concentration should be determined by titration.
