CRSP70 Antibody (F-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b antibody that detects CRSP70 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CRSP70, a crucial component of the CRSP (cofactor required for Sp1 activation) complex, plays a significant role in the regulation of transcription by facilitating the interaction between transcriptional activators and RNA polymerase. CRSP70 is primarily located in the nucleus, where CRSP70 is essential for the assembly of transcriptional machinery and the modulation of gene expression. Nuclear localization of CRSP70 allows for precise regulation of transcriptional responses to various cellular signals, ensuring genes are expressed at the right time and in the right amounts. CRSP70′s interaction with other subunits of the CRSP complex and larger coactivator complexes, such as ARC/DRI, underscores CRSP70′s importance in mediating transcriptional activation of genes regulated by nuclear hormone receptors and other transcription factors. Using anti-CRSP70 antibody (F-5), researchers can gain insights into the dynamics of transcriptional regulation and the intricate networks that govern gene expression in various biological contexts.
