SEE ALSO...

Creatine kinase-M Antibody (G-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects creatine kinase-M protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-creatine kinase-M antibody (G-9) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Creatine kinase-M plays a crucial role in cellular energy metabolism, particularly in muscle tissues, where creatine kinase-M facilitates rapid regeneration of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) during periods of high energy demand. Creatine kinase-M ensures energy availability for muscle contraction and relaxation processes. Creatine kinase-M maintains cellular energy homeostasis across various tissues, including brain and heart, highlighting significance in both health and disease states. Creatine kinase-M interacts with myofibrillar proteins and various signaling molecules, underscoring importance in muscle physiology and pathology. Creatine kinase-M monoclonal antibody (G-9) enables researchers to gain insights into energy metabolism dynamics in different tissues, contributing to better understanding of muscle-related disorders and potential therapeutic targets.
