Coilin Antibody (B-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects coilin in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-coilin antibody (B-7) plays a crucial role in the study of nuclear coiled bodies, which are essential nuclear organelles involved in RNA transcription and processing.
