Clusterin-α Antibody (B-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody engineered to target Clusterin-α of human origin, specifically recognizing an epitope mapped between amino acids 432-449 at the C-terminus. Clusterin-α monoclonal antibody (B-5) is validated for use in Western Blot (WB), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded tissues (IHCP), and ELISA. Clusterin-α, also known as apolipoprotein J (ApoJ), is a multifunctional secretory glycoprotein involved in various critical physiological processes including immune regulation, cell adhesion, lipid transportation, tissue remodeling, membrane recycling, and cell-cell interactions.
