Clathrin LCB Antibody (G-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Clathrin LCB of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-Clathrin LCB antibody (G-7) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Clathrin LCB plays a crucial role in receptor-mediated endocytosis, a process essential for cellular uptake of nutrients and signaling molecules. Clathrin LCB is primarily located in the cytosol, where assembly into clathrin-coated pits and vesicles occurs, budding from the plasma membrane and trans-Golgi network.
