    SEE ALSO...

CKR-3 Antibody (5E8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects the CKR-3 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and flow cytometry (FCM). Anti-CKR-3 antibody (5E8) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CKR-3, also known as C-C chemokine receptor type 3 or CCR3, is a 355 amino acid multi-pass membrane protein that plays a crucial role in the immune response by mediating the chemotaxis of eosinophils, neutrophils, and monocytes to sites of inflammation. This receptor is particularly important because CKR-3 interacts with several chemokines, such as MCP-3 and MCP-4, which influence intracellular calcium levels and signal transduction pathways within the cell. CKR-3′s ability to facilitate the migration of immune cells is vital for mounting an effective response to infections and inflammatory conditions. CKR-3 has been implicated in various pathological processes, including asthma and other allergic responses, making CKR-3 a significant target for therapeutic interventions.

How can CKR-3 (5E8): sc-32777 mouse monoclonal antibody be used for double or triple staining, if the other primary antibodies are also raised in mouse?

    Asked by: cjMara
In this case, we recommend using a directly conjugated mouse monoclonal primary antibody. This antibody is available conjugated to phycoerythrin (sc-32777 PE) or fluoroscein (sc-32777 FITC).
