    SEE ALSO...

ChemR23 Antibody (BZ332) is a rat monoclonal IgG antibody that detects ChemR23 in human samples through flow cytometry (FCM). ChemR23, also known as chemokine receptor-like 1, is a member of the G protein-coupled receptor family and plays a crucial role in various physiological processes, including immune response and tissue development. This integral membrane protein is primarily located in developing osseous and cartilaginous tissues, as well as in the brain, kidney, gastrointestinal tissues, and myeloid tissue, highlighting ChemR23′s importance in both embryonic development and adult tissue homeostasis. ChemR23′s expression in these diverse tissues suggests involvement in mediating chemotactic responses and regulating cellular migration, which is vital for maintaining tissue integrity and responding to injury or infection. Additionally, ChemR23 acts as a co-receptor for various strains of simian immunodeficiency virus (SIV) and a primary strain of HIV-1, indicating potential roles in viral pathogenesis and immune system response to viral infections. Anti-ChemR23 antibody (BZ332) is an essential tool for researchers studying the dynamics of immune cell migration and ChemR23′s implications in both health and disease.

How can ChemR23 (BZ332): sc-33726 mouse monoclonal antibody be used for double or triple staining, if the other primary antibodies are also raised in mouse?

    Asked by: Trav11
In this case, we recommend using a directly conjugated mouse monoclonal primary antibody. This antibody is available conjugated to phycoerythrin (sc-33726 PE) or fluoroscein (sc-33726 FITC).
