SEE ALSO...

CFAP298 Antibody (B-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects CFAP298 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CFAP298 (B-1) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CFAP298 plays a crucial role in the assembly and function of cilia, which are essential for various cellular processes, including signaling pathways and the movement of fluids across epithelial surfaces. Dysfunction in cilia can lead to a range of diseases known as ciliopathies, which can affect multiple organ systems and result in conditions such as polycystic kidney disease and respiratory issues. Understanding CFAP298′s role in ciliary structure and function is vital for developing therapeutic strategies for these diseases.
