Ces1d Antibody (B-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Ces1d protein of mouse and rat origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-Ces1d antibody (B-8) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Ces1d protein, also known as carboxylesterase 1D or TGH, is a 565 amino acid enzyme that plays a crucial role in xenobiotic detoxification and therapeutic pro-drug metabolism. Specifically, Ces1d is involved in carboxylic ester hydrolysis, which is essential for converting pro-drugs into active forms, thereby enhancing medication efficacy.
