CEACAM1/2 Antibody (E-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects the CEACAM1/2 protein of mouse origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CEACAM1/2 (E-12) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) family, to which CEACAM1 and CEACAM2 belong, is crucial in cancer biology, particularly in tumor marker applications.
