Cdc40 Antibody (H-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG3 kappa light chain antibody that detects Cdc40 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Cdc40, also known as pre-mRNA-processing factor 17 (PRPF17) or EH-binding protein 3 (EHB3), is a crucial 579 amino acid nuclear protein that plays a vital role in pre-mRNA splicing, specifically in catalytic step II where Cdc40 associates with the spliceosome C complex.
