    SEE ALSO...

CD96 Antibody (NK92.50.1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects CD96 protein of human origin by flow cytometry (FCM). anti-CD96 antibody (NK92.50.1) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CD96 protein, also known as T cell surface protein tactile precursor, is a type I membrane protein belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily. CD96 is encoded by a gene located on chromosome 3q13.13-q13.2 and plays a crucial role in the immune response, particularly during late phases when activated natural killer (NK) and T cells engage in adhesive interactions. CD96 interacts with CD155, facilitating communication between immune cells and potentially influencing lymphocyte activation and proliferation. CD96 expression is upregulated following NK and T cell activation, allowing these cells to effectively target and engage diseased cells in inflamed tissues. Understanding CD96 function is vital, as CD96 is implicated in antigen presentation and lymphocyte activation, making CD96 a significant player in the immune system′s ability to respond to pathogens and tumors. CD96 monoclonal antibody (NK92.50.1) is an essential tool for researchers studying immune responses and cell interactions in human samples.
