CD74 Antibody (LN-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects CD74 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry (FCM). CD74 (LN-2) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CD74, also known as the invariant chain, plays a crucial role in the immune system by facilitating proper loading of peptides onto major histocompatibility complex class II (MHC II) molecules.
