CD69 Antibody (HP-4B3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects CD69 in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and immunofluorescence (IF). CD69 is a crucial activation marker expressed as a disulfide-linked homodimer known as the activation inducer molecule (AIM), which consists of two differentially glycosylated forms of a single protein. Anti-CD69 antibody (HP-4B3) recognizes a protein that plays a significant role in the immune response, as CD69 is one of the earliest antigens to appear following the activation of T cells, B cells, and natural killer (NK) cells. CD69 expression on activated immune cells is essential for regulating proliferation and differentiation, thereby influencing the overall immune response. Notably, CD69 is constitutively expressed on platelets, CD4+ or CD8+ thymocytes, and germinal center T cells, while remaining absent from resting lymphocytes, highlighting CD69′s importance as a marker for cellular activation. CD69 monoclonal antibody (HP-4B3) effectively identifies this activation marker in various applications, making this reagent valuable for researchers studying immune cell activation and function.
