CD45RA Antibody (OX33) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody designed to recognize the full-length CD45RA protein of rat origin, while also cross-reacting with mouse and human CD45RA. CD45RA monoclonal antibody (OX33) enables detection through western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), flow cytometry (FCM), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CD45RA, also known as B220, CD45, CD45R, GP180, IMD105, L-CA, LCA, LY5, and T200, is a transmembrane glycoprotein extensively expressed across various hematopoietic cells, playing a pivotal role in immune cell signaling and regulation.
