CD45 Antibody (6A230) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody designed to target CD45, also known as Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase Receptor Type C (PTPRC). CD45 is a vital transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on the surface of all nucleated hematopoietic cells in mice, rats, and humans, playing a crucial role in regulating immune cell signaling and activation. Structurally, CD45 comprises an extracellular domain with multiple isoforms generated through alternative splicing of exons 4, 5, and 6, a single transmembrane region, and a conserved intracellular domain that possesses phosphatase activity.
