CD45 Antibody (158-4D3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody designed to recognize CD45 protein, also known as Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase Receptor Type C (PTPRC). CD45 is an essential transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on the surface of all nucleated hematopoietic cells in humans, playing a critical role in regulating immune cell signaling and activation. Functioning as a tyrosine phosphatase, CD45 modulates key signal transduction pathways by dephosphorylating tyrosine residues on Src family kinases such as Lck and Fyn, as well as on Syk family kinases like ZAP-70.
