CD42a Antibody (A-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects CD42a protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CD42a (A-9) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CD42a is a single-chain membrane glycoprotein that plays a crucial role in hemostasis by forming a noncovalent complex with CD42b, also known as glycoprotein Ib α (GPIb α).
