SEE ALSO...

CD39L4 Antibody (C-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects CD39L4 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CD39L4 (C-6) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CD39L4, also known as ectonucleoside triphosphate diphosphohydrolase 5 (ENTPD5), is a 428 amino acid integral membrane glycoprotein that plays a crucial role in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) by facilitating the reglycosylation of glycoproteins, which is essential for proper protein folding and quality control within the ER. This localization ensures that only correctly folded proteins are transported to their final destinations, thereby maintaining cellular homeostasis. CD39L4 is highly expressed in tissues such as the colon, testis, kidney, liver, and prostate, and CD39L4 overexpression has been linked to the development of breast, testicular, and prostate cancers, indicating a potential role as a proto-oncogene in carcinogenesis. Anti-CD39L4 antibody (C-6) is an invaluable tool for researchers studying the functional implications of CD39L4 in various biological processes and disease states.
