SEE ALSO...

CD3 Antibody (21-L5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody engineered to recognize human CD3, demonstrating robust reactivity in both immunofluorescence (IF) and flow cytometry (FCM) applications. CD3, also known as the T cell co-receptor complex or TCR-CD3 complex, is integral to the T cell receptor (TCR) signaling pathway, which is essential for the activation and regulation of T lymphocytes. CD3 (21-L5) monoclonal antibody targets the CD3 complex, a multisubunit assembly composed of gamma, epsilon, delta, zeta, and eta chains, each playing a critical role in transmitting extracellular antigen recognition into intracellular activation signals. The CD3 complex contains immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activation motifs (ITAMs) that are pivotal for recruiting and activating protein kinases such as ZAP-70 and Syk, thereby initiating downstream signaling cascades necessary for T cell responses. Anti-CD3 antibody (21-L5) facilitates detailed studies of T cell activation, signal transduction, and immune response mechanisms, making CD3 (21-L5) antibody an invaluable tool for immunological research.
