CD2 Antibody (OX55) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects CD2 in mouse and rat samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), flow cytometry (FCM), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CD2 is a crucial transmembrane glycoprotein primarily expressed on peripheral blood T lymphocytes, natural killer cells, and thymocytes, as well as on mouse B cells and rat splenic macrophages.
