CCM3 Antibody (F-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects CCM3 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CCM3 (F-12) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CCM3, also known as Pdcd-10, plays a crucial role in the regulation of programmed cell death, which is vital for processes such as embryogenesis, tissue turnover, and the proper functioning of the immune system. Located primarily in the cytoplasm, CCM3 interacts with key signaling pathways, particularly the ERK pathway, where CCM3 positively regulates MST4, thereby promoting cell growth and differentiation. This regulation is essential for vascular development and maturation, and defects in CCM3 can lead to cerebral cavernous malformations 3, a condition characterized by vascular anomalies in the central nervous system that may result in severe complications such as stroke, seizures, and focal hemorrhages. CCM3 (F-12) monoclonal antibody in various formats enhances research and diagnostic applications, making anti-CCM3 antibody (F-12) an invaluable tool for studying the mechanisms of apoptosis and vascular biology.
