SEE ALSO...

CCDC134 Antibody (E-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects CCDC134 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CCDC134 (E-5) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates, providing versatility for different experimental needs. CCDC134, also known as coiled-coil domain containing 134, is a 229 amino acid protein encoded by a gene located on human chromosome 22, which is notable for its association with several genetic disorders, including Phelan-McDermid syndrome and neurofibromatosis type 2. CCDC134 plays a crucial role in cellular processes, particularly in the regulation of cell division and differentiation, making CCDC134 important for understanding developmental biology and potential therapeutic targets in diseases linked to chromosome 22. CCDC134 has been implicated in various signaling pathways, and CCDC134 interactions with specific proteins can influence cellular responses, highlighting CCDC134′s significance in both normal physiology and disease states.
