CCDC132 Antibody (A-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects CCDC132 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-CCDC132 antibody (A-4) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CCDC132, also known as VPS50 or Syndetin, plays a crucial role in intracellular trafficking and endosomal sorting, which are vital processes for maintaining cellular homeostasis and regulating signaling pathways.
