    SEE ALSO...

CCDC107 Antibody (E-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects CCDC107 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CCDC107 (E-12) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CCDC107 protein, also known as coiled-coil domain containing 107, is a 283 amino acid single-pass membrane protein that exists in four alternatively spliced isoforms, highlighting potential functional diversity. CCDC107 is primarily located in the cell membrane, where CCDC107 plays a crucial role in cellular signaling and structural integrity. This membrane localization allows CCDC107 to interact with other membrane proteins and participate in various cellular processes, including cell adhesion and communication. The gene encoding CCDC107 is situated on human chromosome 9p13.3, a region vital for CCDC107 expression and associated with several genetic conditions, including hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia and familial dysautonomia. Understanding CCDC107 function and localization is essential for elucidating CCDC107′s role in health and disease, particularly in gender determination and vascular integrity.
