Cathepsin L Antibody (33/2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody designed to detect cathepsin L protein, also known as CTSL, major excreted protein (MEP), or CATL. Anti-cathepsin L antibody (33/2) is raised against human procathepsin L and demonstrates strong reactivity with both cathepsin L and its proenzyme form in human samples, as well as cross-reactivity with mouse and rat species, making this antibody ideal for western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP).
