Calgranulin A Antibody (C-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Calgranulin A protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-Calgranulin A antibody (C-10) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Calgranulin A, also known as S100A8 or cystic fibrosis antigen (CFAG), is a member of the S100 protein family, characterized by EF-hand calcium-binding motifs.
