    CAF-1 p150 Antibody (SS 1 1-13) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects chromatin assembly factor-1 p150 (CAF-1 p150) in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CAF-1 p150 is a crucial component of the chromatin assembly factor-1 complex, which plays a vital role in the deposition of newly synthesized and acetylated histones H3 and H4 into nascent chromatin during DNA replication. This process is essential for maintaining the structural integrity of the genome, as DNA is properly packaged into chromatin, allowing for accurate replication and gene expression.
