    SEE ALSO...

C4BPβ Antibody (E-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects C4BPβ of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-C4BPβ antibody (E-1) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. C4BPβ plays a crucial role in regulating the complement system, particularly in the classical pathway of complement activation. C4BPβ maintains immune homeostasis by preventing excessive complement activation, which can lead to tissue damage and inflammation. C4BPβ is primarily located in the plasma and comprises multiple subunits, including α and β chains, forming a complex that binds to complement component C4, thereby accelerating C4′s inactivation. This interaction helps control active complement component levels in circulation, preventing unwanted immune responses. C4BPβ regulation of complement activation is particularly important in autoimmune diseases and inflammatory conditions, where dysregulation can lead to significant pathology. Using C4BPβ (E-1) monoclonal antibody enables researchers to gain insights into complement regulation mechanisms and their implications in various diseases.
