C4BPα Antibody (D-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects C4BPα of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-C4BPα antibody (D-5) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. C4BPα plays a crucial role in regulating the complement system by binding to complement component C4 and preventing excessive activation that could lead to tissue damage.
