    SEE ALSO...

C11orf24 Antibody (E-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects C11orf24 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-C11orf24 antibody (E-11) is available as a non-conjugated format. C11orf24, also known as DM4E3, is a 449 amino acid single-pass type I membrane protein that plays a crucial role in cellular signaling and communication, particularly in the nervous system. C11orf24 expression is notably high in the heart, placenta, liver, pancreas, and colon, while also being found in various other tissues including the brain, lung, skeletal muscle, kidney, spleen, prostate, testis, ovary, and small intestine. C11orf24 localization in these tissues suggests involvement in diverse physiological processes, including development and immune responses. The gene encoding C11orf24 is located on human chromosome 11, a region known for dense gene and disease associations, which underscores potential implications in various pathologies. Understanding C11orf24 function and distribution can provide insights into health and disease, making C11orf24 (E-11) monoclonal antibody a valuable research tool.
