SEE ALSO...

C/EBP δ Antibody (D-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects C/EBP δ in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). C/EBP δ Antibody (D-1) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. C/EBP δ, a member of the CCAAT/enhancer-binding protein family, plays a crucial role in regulating gene expression, particularly in response to cellular stress and inflammation. C/EBP δ is primarily located in the nucleus, where C/EBP δ functions as a transcription factor, binding to specific DNA sequences to modulate the expression of genes involved in metabolic processes and immune responses. Nuclear localization of C/EBP δ enables direct interaction with transcriptional machinery and other regulatory proteins, thereby influencing cellular differentiation and proliferation. C/EBP δ can form heterodimers with other C/EBP family members, such as C/EBP β, enhancing regulatory capabilities and allowing for a coordinated response to various physiological stimuli. These multiple partner interactions highlight C/EBP δ′s significance in maintaining cellular homeostasis and responding to environmental changes.
