C/EBP β Antibody (H-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects C/EBP beta protein of mouse, rat, and human origin through western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry with paraffin embedded sections (IHCP). C/EBP β Antibody (H-7) is offered in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase, phycoerythrin, fluorescein isothiocyanate, and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CCAAT-enhancer binding proteins (C/EBP) are essential basic region/leucine zipper (bZIP) transcription factors that play a critical role during the differentiation of liver, adipose tissue, blood cells, and the endocrine pancreas.
