Btk Antibody (7F12H4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Btk in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry. Anti-Btk antibody (7F12H4) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Btk, a member of the Tec family of non-receptor tyrosine kinases, plays a crucial role in B cell development and signaling. Btk is primarily located in the cytoplasm and translocates to the plasma membrane upon activation, which is essential for mediating signals from the B cell receptor. This localization enables Btk to interact with other signaling molecules, facilitating downstream activation of pathways that lead to B cell proliferation and differentiation.
