BTEB2 Antibody (G-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects BTEB2 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). BTEB2 (G-7) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. BTEB2, a member of the C2H2 zinc finger family, plays a crucial role in gene regulation by binding to GC-rich motifs in gene promoters, which can lead to either activation or repression of transcriptional activities. BTEB2 is particularly important as BTEB2 is involved in modulating vascular smooth muscle cells in response to mitogen stimulation, a process critical for vascular remodeling following injury.
