Bmx Antibody (C-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Bmx protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Bmx (C-4) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Bmx protein, a member of the Tec family of non-receptor tyrosine kinases, plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways that regulate cell growth, differentiation, and survival, particularly in hematopoietic cells. Bmx expression is notably high in the heart, where Bmx is involved in cardiomyocyte function and response to stress, making Bmx essential for maintaining cardiovascular health.
