    β3-AR Antibody (B-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects β3-AR of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-β3-AR antibody (B-12) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. β3-adrenergic receptor (β3-AR) plays a crucial role in regulating lipolysis and thermogenesis in adipose tissue, making β3-AR essential for energy metabolism and weight management. Located primarily in adipose tissues, heart, and smooth muscle of bladder, colon, small intestine, and stomach, β3-AR is vital for maintaining metabolic homeostasis. Notably, in human corpus cavernosum, β3-AR mediates a vasorelaxant tone linked to inhibition of RhoA/Rho-kinase pathway, highlighting β3-AR′s importance in vascular function. Additionally, β3-AR interacts directly with SH3 domain of Src through proline-rich motifs (PXXP) found in β3-AR′s third intracellular loop and carboxy-terminus, indicating β3-AR′s involvement in intracellular signaling pathways. This multifaceted role of β3-AR underscores β3-AR′s significance in both physiological and pathological processes, making β3-AR monoclonal antibody (B-12) an invaluable tool for researchers studying adrenergic signaling and its implications in various diseases.
