Bcr Antibody (H-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody, specifically raised against a deletion variant (amino acids 1-300 with deletion 17-219) mapping to the N-terminus of the human Bcr (Breakpoint Cluster Region) protein. Also known as Renal carcinoma antigen NY-REN-26, Bcr plays a pivotal role in cellular signaling pathways by functioning as a GTPase-activating protein (GAP) for Rac1 p21, thereby regulating cytoskeletal dynamics, cell migration, and proliferation.
