Bax Antibody (2D2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Bax in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry (FCM). Bax (2D2) antibody is offered in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates, providing versatility for different experimental needs. Bax plays a critical role in the regulation of apoptosis, acting as a pro-apoptotic member of the Bcl-2 protein family.
