    Bag-1 Antibody (A-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects BAG1 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). BAG1 is a critical regulator of apoptosis, functioning as a Bcl-2-binding protein that enhances the protective effects of Bcl-2 against cell death. This interaction is particularly important as BAG1 may play a pivotal role in determining cell survival in various physiological and pathological contexts, including cancer.
