SEE ALSO...

BAF155 Antibody (G-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects BAF155 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). BAF155, also known as SRG3, is a crucial component of the SWI/SNF chromatin remodeling complex, which plays a vital role in the regulation of gene expression by altering nucleosome structure in an ATP-dependent manner. BAF155 within the SWI/SNF complex is essential for remodeling activity, as BAF155 interacts with other core subunits like Brg-1 and Ini1 to enhance the complex′s ability to facilitate transcriptional activation. This interaction is particularly important because proper functioning of the SWI/SNF complex is linked to various cellular processes, including differentiation and development, and dysregulation has been implicated in several cancers. Anti-BAF155 antibody (G-7) enables researchers to gain insights into the dynamics of chromatin remodeling and impact on gene regulation, making BAF155 (G-7) antibody an invaluable tool for studies in molecular biology and cancer research.
