    B7-2 Antibody (B-T7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects B7-2 in human samples through western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and flow cytometry (FCM). B7-2, also known as CD86, plays a crucial role in the immune response by acting as a costimulatory molecule on antigen-presenting cells, where B7-2 binds to CD28 and CTLA-4 receptors on T cells, thereby enhancing T cell activation and proliferation. This interaction is vital for effective T cell activation, which is essential for adaptive immunity.
