ATF-1 Antibody (H-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects ATF-1 in mouse, rat, and human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ATF-1, a member of the ATF/CREB transcription factor family, plays a crucial role in regulating gene expression in response to cellular signals, particularly through interaction with the cAMP response element (CRE).
