Arp3 Antibody (A-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Arp3 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-Arp3 antibody (A-1) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Arp3 plays a crucial role in actin dynamics, which is essential for numerous cellular processes such as cell motility, shape maintenance, and intracellular transport. Located primarily in the cytoplasm, Arp3 is a key component of the Arp2/3 complex, which is responsible for nucleating new actin filaments and facilitating the formation of branched actin networks.
