    SEE ALSO...

ARMC7 Antibody (G-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects ARMC7 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ARMC7 (G-11) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ARMC7, also known as armadillo repeat containing 7, consists of 198 amino acids and features two armadillo (ARM) repeats, which are critical for binding activity and interactions with other proteins. ARMC7 is conserved across a wide range of species, including chimpanzees, dogs, cows, mice, rats, chickens, zebrafish, Arabidopsis thaliana, and rice, highlighting fundamental biological importance. ARMC7 has been implicated in cancer-specific methylation, although precise biological role remains to be fully elucidated. ARMC7 gene is located on human chromosome 17q25.1, a region associated with several genetic disorders, including neurofibromatosis, which is characterized by neural and epidermal lesions and dysregulated Schwann cell growth. Additionally, chromosome 17 is linked to other conditions such as Alexander disease, Birt-Hogg-Dube syndrome, and Canavan disease, underscoring potential significance in various pathological contexts.
