ARK-1 Antibody (35C1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects ARK-1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ARK-1 (35C1) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ARK-1, also known as Aurora A Kinase, plays a crucial role in cell division by regulating centrosome separation, bipolar spindle assembly, and chromosome segregation during mitosis.
