    SEE ALSO...

ARID3B Antibody (C-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects ARID3B protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-ARID3B antibody (C-6) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ARID3B protein, also known as AT rich interactive domain 3B, DRIL2, or Bright-like in mice, is a crucial transcription factor that plays a significant role in regulating gene expression during cell lineage determination and embryonic development. ARID3B is primarily located in the nucleus, where ARID3B binds to DNA through its AT-rich interactive domain, facilitating the transcription of genes essential for neural crest survival during embryogenesis. ARID3B function is particularly important as ARID3B influences the development of various tissues and organs, and aberrations in ARID3B activity have been implicated in processes such as malignant transformation and neuroblastoma growth, highlighting ARID3B′s potential as a tumor marker for neuroblastoma. ARID3B′s ability to form heterodimers with ARID3A further underscores ARID3B′s importance in transcriptional regulation and cellular differentiation, making ARID3B (C-6) monoclonal antibody a valuable tool for researchers studying these critical biological processes.

What blocking solution should I use with ARID3B (C-6): sc-514741 monoclonal antibody for Western blot?

    Asked by: Dr Ninau Qelp
Thank you for your question. We recommend blocking with Blotto (either TBS Blotto A: sc-2333 or TBS Blotto B: sc-2335). Our Western blot protocol can be found here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/western-immuno-blotting
